[Product delivery time and method]

It will be delivered by our designated delivery company. You can specify the delivery date and re-deliver your order if you are absent.

Please set up the forwarding redelivery procedure yourself.

  • For in-stock items, orders with payment processing completed by 12:00 pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day. If after that, it will be shipped the next business day.
  • Usually, we ship by Sagawa Express, so it takes about 1 to 2 days to arrive.

*Deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (excluding January 1st) as well as weekdays.

*For Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, it may take more than 3 days to arrive.

*Due to a rush of orders during sales, it may take 2 to 3 days to arrive.

[About returns and exchanges]

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your JESIMAIK product, please let us know within 30 days. Please see our return policy below.

1. Please prove that you purchased the product directly from an official JESIMAIK store (by providing your order number, etc.).

2. Please contact the Help Center to complete the return procedure and confirm whether or not the item is accepted.

3.
